PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subdivide an electric power circuit, develop a device which can interchange asynchronous electric power between them, and interchanges electric power via multiple routes to a destination as with in the Internet in order to suppress enlarging the possibility of the occurence of chain power outage due to the system being unstable from the change of a large amount of natural energy power source.SOLUTION: Chain power outage is reduced by inventing a multiple terminal type electric power conversion device which includes multiple semiconductor element structures for electric power capable of bidirectionally converting the electric power and connected to each other and distributes and supplies the electric power and by asynchronously connecting a subdivided electric power system. The electric power is interchanged to the target electric power circuit as with the Internet by assigning an address for information processing. Accordingly, electric power conversion related information and transaction related information are associated with each other, thereby allowing electric power transactions and derivative transactions. |
