PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutically useful salt and a novel process for preparing pharmaceutically useful salts.SOLUTION: Disclosed are a crystalline hydrochloride and tosylate form of (5S,8S)-8-[{(1R)-1-(3,5-bis-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-ethoxy}-methyl]-8-phenyl-1)7-diazaspiro[4.5]decan-2-one of formula I and a preparation method thereof. In another aspect, provided is a crystalline hydrochloride monohydrate form of (5S,8S)-8-[{(1R)-1-(3,5-bis-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl)-ethoxy}-methyl]-8-phenyl-1,7-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-2-one (hydrochloride monohydrate compound of formula II) characterized by the X-ray powder diffraction pattern of table I which is represented by diffraction angle (2&thetas;, all values indicate the precision of ± 0.2), lattice "d" spacing (Å) and relative peak intensity ("RI"). |
