PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify sterilization treatment of a bottle in an inline system.SOLUTION: A preform (1) is made to run continuously, and the preform (1) to which hydrogen peroxide mist or gas (K) is sprayed, is then heated, and dried for performing preliminary sterilization treatment of the preform (1). The heated preform (1) is subjected to blow molding in a blow mold (4) which is also made to run continuously to produce containers (2), and the containers (2) are taken out from the blow mold (4) which runs continuously and while the taken out containers are made to run continuously, a predetermined inspection is performed to the containers (2), and only containers (2) which are determined as good products are subjected to main sterilization treatment by spraying condensed mist (M) or gas (G) of hydrogen peroxide during a period when the heat by heating in the preform (1) remains. Successively, the containers (2) are subjected to air rinse by aseptic air, and then a beverage (a) is filled in the respective containers (2) and each of the containers is sealed with a lid (3). |
