<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin composition excellent in adhesiveness with living bodies, which is not only applicable to an affected area at the initial stage of periodontal disease and enables early treatment of periodontal disease, but also usable for prevention of recurrence of periodontal disease.SOLUTION: The method of the invention for producing a resin composition which forms curable body on which surface a protein is held by curing comprises mixing of: (A) a monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound having an acidic group in the molecule selected from the group consisting of carboxyl, phosphate, thiophosphate, sulfonate and sulfinate; (B) a (meth)acrylate compound having a conjugate group in the molecule but not an acidic group; (C) a filler comprising poly((meth)acrylate) particles of 0.001-100μm coated with protein (D), where the protein (D) is bovine serum albumin or a protein inducing regeneration/adhesion of the periodontal tissue, and (E) polymerization initiator.</p> |
