<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material sheet having heat resistance as well as molding characteristics with high productivity, which is a polyethylene-based sealing material sheet subjected to a crosslinking treatment by irradiation with ionization radiation and to be used for a solar cell module.SOLUTION: A production method of a sealing material sheet is provided, which comprises: a sheet-forming step of forming an uncrosslinked multilayer sheet by laminating an intermediate layer prepared by melt-molding an intermediate layer composition comprising a polyethylene resin having a density of 0.870 g/cmor more and 0.970 g/cmor less as a base resin, with an outermost layer prepared by melt-molding an outermost layer composition comprising the same resin having a density of 0.870 g/cmor more and 0.900 g/cmor less as a base resin; and a crosslinking step of crosslinking the uncrosslinked multilayer sheet by irradiation with ionization radiation. An intermediate layer base resin used as the base resin of the intermediate layer composition has a larger total number of double bonds than an outermost layer base resin used for the base resin of the outermost layer composition.</p> |
