<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve the key management of a room for a temporary purpose of use.SOLUTION: A key management system includes: a key box having an IC card reader disposed in a room in a building for reading authentication information registered in an IC card owned by a person permitted to enter the room; and an entering/leaving management device for collating the read authentication information with authentication information for collation related with the room, and for, when these pieces of information are coincident, unlocking an electric key of the room. The key management system is configured to lock/unlock the electric key in response to the attachment/detachment of the IC card to/from the key box.</p> |
