摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable signal processing device.SOLUTION: In a signal processing device, a plurality of write transistors 111-114 are series connected and gates of pass transistors 121-124 or inputs of inverters or the like are directly or indirectly connected to respective connection parts of the write transistors 111-114. The signal processing device has first to fourth pass transistors 121-124, one semiconductor layer and first to fourth interconnections which overlap the semiconductor layer and do not overlap each other. Each of the first to fourth interconnections can change conductivity of at least a part of the semiconductor layer, where each interconnection overlaps by potential of each of the first to fourth interconnections. The gates of the first to fourth transistors are not electrically connected with a part other than the semiconductor layer and can be brought into a floating state by conductivity of the semiconductor layer, and potential of the gate of the transistor in the floating state controls conductivity between a source and a drain of the pass transistor.
