PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a surface protecting layer formed on a thermoplastic resin base, and exhibiting the improved adhesion of the surface protecting layer without impairing transparency.SOLUTION: The laminate includes one or more surface protecting layers formed on the thermoplastic resin base. In addition, the surface roughness Ra of the surface which forms the surface protecting layer of the thermoplastic resin base is not less than 0.035 and not more than 2.0. Further, the surface roughness Rz of the surface which forms the surface protecting layer of the thermoplastic resin base is preferably not less than 0.25 and not more than 8. Besides, the haze of the laminate is preferably not more than 10. |
