(a) an anionic pigment containing mixture comprising one or more anionic pigments selected from kaolin clay and/or talc in an amount of at least about 20% dry weight of the dispersion, and (b) one or more polyaminopolyamide-epihalohydrin cationic wet strength resins; wherein the weight ratio of cationic wet strength resin to anionic pigment is from about 0.03:1 to about 0.2:1. |
