PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method and an inkjet recording device excellent in discharge stability and storage stability.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording method includes: delivering a non-aqueous photo-curable ink composition stored in an ink container 3 from the ink container to a head 2 via an ink delivery path; and discharging the ink composition from the head to a recording medium P. The non-aqueous photo-curable ink composition comprises a radically polymerizable compound and has a surface tension of 25 mN/m or less. The non-aqueous photo-curable ink composition stored in the ink container has a quantity of dissolved air of 7 ppm or more; and the non-aqueous photo-curable ink composition has a quantity of dissolved air of 30 ppm or less while being delivered from the ink delivery path to the head.
