PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide peptides, nucleic acids and cells for use in immunotherapy against several tumors including neuronal and brain tumors, particularly in the immunotherapy of cancer.SOLUTION: Provided is an isolated peptide comprising a certain amino acid sequence or a variant thereof. The variant, in which one amino acid is replaced by an amino acid of similar structure and characteristics, induces a T cell cross-reaction. The peptide and variant are 8-30 amino acid residues in the full length, can bind to HLA-A*02, and can stimulate a CD8+ T cell.
