PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource using method in a communication system.SOLUTION: A resource using method in a communication system includes the steps of: determining a sector antenna set that provides a service for one user terminal; performing control such that at least two of multiple sector antennas included in the sector antenna set will commonly allocate at least the same one resource to the user terminal; and determining a transmission/reception sector antenna set made up of at least one sector antenna that transmits information to the user terminal or receives information from the user terminal by use of the at least the same one resource of the multiple sector antennas included in the determined sector antenna set.
