PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing training tool by which a player can master an optimum way of using his/her both arms in order to realize an ideal swing orbit and a tempo and timing for an ideal swing in golf or the like.SOLUTION: A swinging training tool includes: a junction 4 which is inserted and fixed in a rear end of a hollow grip part or a junction 4 which is combined with a wooden grip part like a tennis racket; and a restoring elastic member 5 which is inserted in the junction 4 or is stuck on the rear end of the junction 4 and thereby is extended rearward; a flexible member 6 which coats the outside of an extension part. The restoring elastic member 5 can make its deflection quantity larger toward the rear end by making its rigidity gradually smaller toward the rear end direction.
