<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance training machine in which attaching/detaching of a swinging body and a projection is easy, for convenient use, although the projection can be stably attached.SOLUTION: A balance training machine 10a includes a projection 30 that supports a swinging body 20a in unstable manner on a lower surface of the swinging body 20a on which a foot is put. In the balance training machine 10a, the entire iron plate 21 is covered with rubber material 22 to constitute the swinging body 20a, and the entire of a magnet 31 is covered with rubber material 32 to constitute the projection 30, with the projection 30 detachable from the swinging body 20a by magnetic force. By keeping balance while putting a hoot on the balance training machine 10a, sense of balance and trunk can be disciplined. By configuring the balance training machine 10a as described above, a magnetic force acting between the swinging body 20a and the protection 30 as well as contact resistance caused by friction of rubber, provide a strong fitting state.</p> |
