<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant microorganism having improved performance of metal incorporation.SOLUTION: Provided are a recombinant microorganism obtained by introducing, into a host microorganism, a metal incorporation gene and a metal-binding gene encoding a protein having a binding ability to a metal incorporated into a fungus body by a protein which the metal incorporation gene encodes; and a microorganism bioreactor for collecting or removing a metal using the recombinant microorganism; a method for collecting a metal; a method for removing a metal; a treatment method of a metal-containing solution or a metal-containing soil; and a method for producing a protein.</p> |
