<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatize the setting of a reference image.SOLUTION: An erratic pagination inspection device is provided in a gathering device having a double plurality of gathering pieces, and inspects erratic pagination by comparing an inspection image with a prestored reference image, by imaging a part of a printing surface of a signature taken out one by one from the gathering pieces as the inspection image, and reference image setting means comprises a plurality of reference image automatic setting modes having priority order of mode selection and a reference image manual setting mode having no priority order. The erratic pagination inspection device comprises setting mode switching means for switching to the reference image manual setting mode from the reference image automatic setting mode when a reference image is not set by the reference image automatic setting mode.</p> |
