<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tap capable of achieving improvement of durability and reduction of cutting dust (make cutting dust shorter) without deterioration of formation accuracy of a female screw and cutting performance of a cutting blade of the cutting tap.SOLUTION: An armor layer 42 having thickness of 5μm and formed of an electroless plating layer 41 including hard particles 40 formed of SiC (silicon carbide, hardness is 2350Hv) of #10000 (average particle size is 1.5μm) is provided by an electroless plating on the whole body (with reference to figure.1) including a cutting surface 13 of a perfect ridge blade part of a beginning one round part (a cutting blade 5, and a flank 4 are included) of at least a biting part 6 and a perfect mountain part 7.</p> |
