PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce property deterioration of an entire MIMO system in the case where a property is deteriorated only in a transmission line where an OFDM signal of a specific system is passed, in the MIMO system.SOLUTION: A transmission line 1 comprises: a mapping section 11 which performs mapping to an IQ plane by implementing carrier modulation on a transmission signal and generates a modulation signal; a constellation rotation section 12 which rotates the modulation signal on the IQ plane; a division section 13 which divides I data and Q data of rotated modulation signals into (k) systems so as to transmit the I data and the Q data from different transmission antennas among (k) pieces of transmission antennas; an OFDM frame constitution section 15 which constitutes an OFDM frame by using the divided modulation signals; and an output processing section 16 which generates (k) systems of OFDM signals by adding a guard interval to a signal obtained by performing inverse Fourier transformation on a carrier symbol, and outputs the OFDM signals to the (k) pieces of transmission signals, respectively.
