PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormality of an output voltage value from an integration circuit in one column even when a short circuit occurs between wiring for row selection and wiring for reading in another column.SOLUTION: A solid state image pickup device 1A comprises a sensor panel part 10 and a reading circuit part 40. The sensor panel part 10 is provided on a glass substrate 12 and has a light-receiving part 20 including pixels P-Pwhich are arranged in M rows and N columns, wiring for row selection Q-Qand wiring for reading R-R. The reading circuit part 40 is provided on a substrate 41 and has N integration circuits 42. Rectification circuits 72 are respectively connected between a constant potential line 71 and respective nodes N-Nbetween N panel-side connection points 13 and the integration circuits 42. Circuit structures 73 each having a resistance component are respectively connected between the nodes N-Nand the wiring for reading R-R.
