摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device that has both a shortened diffusion distance and improved luminance uniformity.SOLUTION: A light emitting device includes: a first planar member where a plurality of light sources are arranged side by side; a second planar member which is provided substantially in parallel with the first planar member and irradiated with light from the light sources; and a first reflection member which is provided inside the polygon having its vertexes at the light sources of the first planar member, and reflects light from each light source toward the second planar member. The light emitting device meets first conditions that the first reflection member is shaped in a pyramid having its base substantially parallel with the first planar member and a diffusion distance which is the interval between the first planar member and second planar member is 0.8-1.3 when the length of each side of the polygon of the base of the pyramid is 1, or second conditions that the first reflection member is shaped in a pyramid having its base substantially parallel with the first planar member and the angle between a flank and the base of the pyramid is 40-60°.
