PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain expected inductance regardless of variance in the shape of a C-shaped core piece, in a coil device combining the C-shaped core piece and a rectangular parallelepiped core piece.SOLUTION: An annular core comprises: a pair of C-shaped core pieces 2 each created by winding or laminating a metallic band plates; a rectangular parallelepiped core piece 3 interposed between the pair of C-shaped core pieces; and a magnetic gap part interposed between end faces of the C-shaped core piece 2 and the rectangular parallelepiped core piece 3. The rectangular parallelepiped core piece 3 is formed from a pressure-molded duct core. When a height of the end faces of the C-shaped core pieces 2 opposing each other with the magnetic gap part interposed therebetween in a direction of lamination of the band plates is defined as T1, a height of the end face of the rectangular parallelepiped core piece 3 is defined as T2 and thickness of the band plate in the C-shaped core piece 2 is defined as (t), 2mm≥T2-T1>2t is satisfied while considering variance in dimension in the direction of lamination caused by the number of band plates laminated in the C-shaped core and a strength of binding between the band plates and high dimensional accuracy of the rectangular parallelepiped core piece. |
