PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection auxiliary device which stabilizes an efficiency of inspection and a quality of inspection by reducing a work load of an inspector applied to the inspection of a tire.SOLUTION: The inspection auxiliary device includes: a distance image sensor 12 for photographically catching a three-dimensional image including an inspection object as a moving image; inspection object detection means 21 for detecting an inspection object from the three-dimensional image photographed by the distance image sensor 12; modeling means 22 for modeling a three-dimensional inspection object extracted by the inspection object detection means 21 into a two-dimensional model; tracking decision means 24 for making a two-dimensional comparison model of the inspection object previously prepared as a good quality product match with the same place of the inspection object photographed in continuous frames of the moving image, and decides that an abnormality exists when a difference of the matching ratio is equal to or more than a threshold value by tracking the change of the matching ratio. |
