PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to achieve both surface flatness, and fineness and surface conductivity in an electrode structure using a paste material.SOLUTION: The electrode structure includes: a substrate; a first electrode complementary layer of insulation properties disposed on the substrate; and a first electrode layer that is a complementary pattern of the first electrode complementary layer, and is formed on the same layer as the first electrode complementary layer. Surface roughness of the first electrode layer is smaller than surface roughness of the first electrode complementary layer.
