<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency shift circuit capable of achieving a change in Doppler frequency with a simple configuration even when the Doppler frequency of a reflected wave from a mobile object changes from moment to moment, and a simulation device comprising the same.SOLUTION: The frequency shift circuit comprises: a first multiplier for multiplying an input signal by a signal of a frist frequency generated by a first oscillator; a high-pass filter for passing only a frequency of a sum of a frequency of the input signal and the first frequency, from an output of the first multiplier; a second multiplier for multiplying an output signal from the high-pass filter by a signal of a second frequency generated by a second oscillator; a low-pass filter for passing only a frequency of a difference between an output frequency of the high-pass filter and the second frequency, from an output of the second multiplier; and a control unit for controlling oscillation frequencies of the first oscillator and the second oscillator.</p> |
