PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device for an air conditioner capable of reducing a load on a base plate during transportation. ! SOLUTION: A packing device 100 for packing an outdoor unit 11 of an air conditioner 10 includes a pallet 101 for transportation in which the outdoor unit 11 is placed and fixed on leg members 40, 40. The pallet 101 includes: a pair of left and right upper side plate members 110, 110 extending along leg members 40 below the leg members 40; square members 111 arranged on both end parts 110A of the upper side plate members 110; and a pair of front and back lower side plate members 112, 112 extending in a width direction of the outdoor unit 11 respectively and connecting lower end parts of the square members 111, 111 with each other.
