PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cargo collapse information including a picked-up image at a time of actual occurrence of a cargo collapse. ! SOLUTION: Provided is a vehicle information providing apparatus 100 comprising a controller 10 that executes: an image acquisition feature for acquiring a picked-up image from a camera for imaging an interior of a cargo room of a vehicle; a vehicle information acquisition feature for acquiring vehicle information detected in the vehicle; a cargo collapse prediction feature for predicting occurrence of a collapse of cargo loaded in the vehicle on the basis of the acquired vehicle information; an output feature for outputting cargo collapse information relating to the cargo collapse including the picked-up image; and an output control feature for controlling the output feature to output the cargo collapse information after passage of predetermined time since predicted cargo collapse occurrence timing. !
