PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casein adhesive composition which has sufficiently enhanced bending strength and water resistance and is excellent in handleability.SOLUTION: The casein adhesive composition for an electrically insulating member contains a casein compound and calcium hydroxide, wherein the content of the calcium hydroxide is 5-20 mass% based on the casein compound. The casein adhesive composition for an electrically insulating member further contains, based on the casein compound, 2-10 mass% of sodium fluoride, 0.01-3 mass% of a defoaming agent comprising a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene alkyl ether-type surfactant, and 5-60 mass% of an inorganic pigment. |
