PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller stamp capable of easily forming a curved stamp trace. ! SOLUTION: The roller stamp comprises an ink tank 2 for storing ink, a transfer member 8 capable of transferring the stamp trace and a fixing member 5 for relaying the ink tank 2 and the transfer member 8. The fixing member 5 is relatively rotatable to the ink tank 2. The transfer member 8 is relatively rotatable to the fixing member 5 in response to transfer operation, and comprises a transfer surface 35 for contacting with a transcript when transferring the stamp trace. The transfer surface 35 continues in the circumferential direction with a third rotary shaft L3 of the transfer member 8 as a reference.
