1. Lower leg orthosis with
a) a foot part, b) a coupling element pivotably connected to the foot part and c) a supporting element supported at the coupling element d) wherein the coupling element extends laterally along a lower leg carrying the lower leg orthosis e) wherein the foot part is connected via a pivot joint to the coupling element, wherein a pivot axis of the pivot joint is arranged coaxially to a pivot axis of an ankle joint or a deviation from the coaxial arrangement and orientation depends on the body geometry of the person wearing the lower leg orthosis, f) wherein the lower leg orthosis can be elastically tensioned, whereby a lateral correcting force is exerted on the lower leg, wherein the elastical tension of the lower leg orthosis and the lateral correcting force depends on a load of the lower leg orthosis, and g) wherein a degree of freedom of movement is provided, via which during use of the lower leg orthosis a distance between the foot part or a pivot joint connecting the foot part to the coupling element and to the supporting element is freely alterable, wherein the degree of freedom of movement is used for a compensation of a displacement resulting from the load of the lower leg orthosis. |
