The manipulation device is provided with: a stationary part (10, 20, 40) having a stationary face (24) to be fixed onto an object; a moving part (4, 30) that has a moving face (32) disposed facing the stationary face and is configured such that the relative position of the moving face with respect to the stationary face can be manually adjusted; a stationary-part-side circuit element (60, 60a, 60b) provided in the stationary part; a moving-part-side circuit element (62, 62a, 62b) that is provided in the moving part so as not to be in contact with the stationary-part-side circuit element and constitutes an electric circuit where the impedance as seen from the stationary part side is a prescribed impedance; and an input part (66, SW1, SW2, SW3, 54, 65, 68, 68a, 68b, 69, 70) that is provided to be manually operable in the moving part and changes the impedance of the electric circuit as seen from the stationary part side. |
