<p>A dual curable composition, comprising a compound of formula (I): (acrylate)a-(A)-(silane)b, comprising acrylate and silane moieties, in which a and b are identical or different and are an integer greater than or equal to 1; and the moiety A comprises at least one of an (cyclo) aliphatic hydrocarbon, an aryl moiety, an ether, an ester, an amide, a urethane, a urea, a hydroxyl group-containing organic moiety, an acrylic oligomer, an epoxy oligomer, a urethane oligomer, a polyester oligomer, or mixtures thereof. The dual curable composition has molecular weight greater than or equal to 300 and is radiation-curable and/or moisture curable. Also disclosed is use of the dual curable composition in coating, sealant, adhesive, composite resin, and the method of preparation of the dual curable composition.</p> |
