PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a sealing material by suppressing the intrusion of muddy water or the like into the sealing material disposed between a shaft and a support cylinder.SOLUTION: A sealing material 60 is mounted on a part between the outer circumferential face of a collar 50 externally fitted to a shaft 30 and the inner circumferential face 40a of a support cylinder 40. The collar 50 includes: a sealing material mounting portion 51 where the sealing material 60 can be externally fitted and mounted; and a gripping portion 52 which is extended more on a cylinder end facing member 31 from the sealing material mounting portion 51 and has a diameter equal to the diameter of the sealing material mounting portion 51 or smaller than the diameter of the sealing material mounting portion 51. A storage space S for storing the muddy water intruding from the fitted portion is formed among the outer circumferential face 52a of the gripping portion 52 of the collar 50 on the inner circumferential face 40a side of the support cylinder 40, the facing surface 32 of the cylinder end facing member 31, and the end face 60a of the sealing material 60 on a support cylinder 40 end side. |
