<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity in a visible region and a near-infrared region, having little decrease in chargeability or increase in a residual potential (decrease in sensitivity) due to repeated fatigue and little fluctuations in these properties due to temperature and humidity, and to provide an electrophotographic method, an electrophotographic device and a process cartridge for electrophotography using the electrophotographic photoreceptor. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive support body and a photosensitive layer provided thereon. The photosensitive layer contains a mixture of hydroxyl gallium pyridoporphyrazine derivatives each having a specified structure, the mixture being obtained by allowing a specified benzene derivative, a specified pyridine derivative and a specified gallium compound to react to obtain a gallium pyridoporphyrazine derivative mixture comprising gallium phthalocyanine and a plurality of gallium pyridoporphyrazine derivatives, and then treating the obtained mixture with an acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
