The present invention is provided with a display (111) which displays: a pointer (36) which rotates around a rotational centre (51) at a side of one end thereof, and uses another end thereof to indicate a section of a speed scale (35); and a shadow part (34) which is displayed next to the pointer (36), and which has a lower display density than the pointer (36). Furthermore, a rotational centre (52) of the shadow part (34) is separated, by a prescribed distance, from the rotational centre (51) of the pointer (36). As a result, provided is a display device with which a novel display mode can be achieved. |
