The present invention relates to a briquette boiler, and more specifically, to a downward-exhausting type briquette boiler characterized in that heat exhausted from briquette combustion air is exhausted downward. According to the present invention, a downward exhausting type briquette boiler includes a plurality of briquette combustion chambers (2) inside a main body (1) formed of a water chamber (10) at a middle layer having water supply/discharge pipes (10a, 10b) and heat collecting chambers (11, 12) at upper and lower layers, which receive air from a lower portion to discharge air to the upper layer heat collecting chamber (11) through a plurality of communication holes (20) formed at an upper portion, wherein the upper layer heat collecting chamber (11) and the lower layer heat collecting chamber (12) are in communication by a plurality of air exhausting pipes (3) vertically penetrating the water chamber (10), and an air exhaust hole (4) is provided at one side of the lower layer heat collecting chamber (12) to enable heat exhausted from the briquette combustion chambers (2) to be exhausted while passing the water chamber from the upper portion to the lower portion. |
