This disclosure relates to a cleaning agent for cleaning surfaces of vehicles of all types, large external surfaces, factories and plants in the food, beverage, tobacco and alcohol industries, milking installations, and equipment containing metal, ceramic and/or plastic surfaces, including surgical equipment. The cleaning agent contains 10 to 90% by weight of urea, 5 to 70% of one or more electrolytes which are present in the form of salts of alkali metal and/or alkaline earth metals, 0.1 to 35% of one or more surfactants in the form of non-ionic tensides, cationic tensides, anionic tensides and amphoteric tensides, 0.01 to 20% of one or more complexing agents being ligands that contain two or more binding sides to form complexes with multi-valent metal ions and 0.01 to 10% by weight of the enzymes lipase and/or protease. The cleaning agent contains in particular only biodegradable and/or biorenewable substances. It may also include a decalcifier, an abrasive, anticorrosion agent, a thickener, a bleaching agent, a stabiliser and an antimicrobial agent. It may optionally be present as a powder or other particles. |
