<p>The present technology relates to a pixel signal processing apparatus and a CMOS image sensor using the same. Provided are a pixel signal processing apparatus capable of removing row-to-row noise in a common mode from a pixel by using power supplied to the pixel and a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor using the same. The CMOS image sensor includes: an active pixel sensor (APS) to generate a pixel signal corresponding to incident light; a reference pixel array (RPA) to generate a reference value by shielding the incident light; a read-out circuit part to remove first noise in a common mode by comparing a pixel signal value from the APS with a reference value from the RPA based on a ramp signal (Vramp) in a differential mode; and a pixel signal processing apparatus to perform a linear operation with respect to the pixel signal value included in pixel data from the read-out circuit part and the reference value to remove second noise in the common mode.</p> |
