A piezoelectric energy generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a support having one end fixed in the inside of a moving body, and in which a piezoelectric device is attached to one side thereof; a weight which increases influence on the inertia force generated when a moving body is accelerated or decelerated to be attached to the other side of the support; a storage device which changes a power generated from the piezoelectric device according to purpose of use; and an application part including at least one of a rectifier device and a load device. The piezoelectric energy generating apparatus generates inertia force by shaking the moving body.
