<p>A movable fender device according to the present invention comprises: a fending cylinder provided to the vehicle body of a vehicle; a cylinder arm provided to horizontally project from the fending cylinder; and an actuator for supplying an operation fluid to the fending cylinder so as to apply operation pressure with respect to the cylinder arm. The fending cylinder is provided to the lower portion of a vehicle body to be lifted or lowered, and has a plurality of roller wheels provided at the lower portion of the fending cylinder so as to support the fending cylinder. A holding member is provided to the front end of the fending cylinder and held by a quay wall so as to prevent the vehicle body from being pushed backwards by the pressure of a moored ship. A buffer unit is provided to the front end of the cylinder arm so as to release the shock applied to the cylinder arm when coming into contact with the moored ship. The buffer unit includes a rotation bracket rotationally provided to the front end of the cylinder arm and a plurality of buffering rollers provided to the rotation bracket and coming into contact with the moored ship. The movable fender device according to the present invention is provided by a vehicle and thus does not require the costs for the construction with respect to the quay wall. Further, the movable fender device according to the present invention can effectively absorb the shock at the time of mooring, and the number of the device to be used can be controlled according to the conditions such as the size of the moored ship or the like. Therefore, the movable fender device according to the present invention can be a great help to the ship management in the harbor.</p> |
