The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a projectile. According to the present invention, a method to manufacture a projectile includes the steps of: making a body having an accommodation space formed inside thereof, and an opening formed on the bottom thereof; preparing a lower mold having the corresponding shape to the lower portion of the body, and forming a lower filling space spaced apart from the outer peripheral surface of the body when coupled to the lower portion of the body thereto; preparing an upper mold having the corresponding shape to the upper portion of the body and forming an upper filling space spaced apart from the outer peripheral surface of the body when coupled to the upper portion of the body thereto, the upper mold including at least one first injection hole formed on the upper portion thereof to inject a plurality of piece members thereinto and at least one second injection hole formed thereon to inject a bonding agent bonding the plurality of piece members to the outer peripheral surface of the body; coupling the body to the lower mold and the upper mold; injecting the plurality of piece members through at least one first injection hole to fill the lower filling space and the upper filling space with the plurality of piece members; injecting the bonding agent through at least one second injection hole to couple the plurality of piece member with each other and at the same time bonding the plurality of piece members to the outer peripheral surface of the body; and separating the upper mold and the lower mold from the body.
