PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot duct structure for a vehicular air conditioner capable of using both specifications for connecting and not connecting a duct for a rear seat, excellent in workability, and without risk of air leakage. SOLUTION: A foot duct 11 includes, integrally molded therein, an inlet port 12 connected to a downstream side end of a foot mode flow path of a vehicular air conditioner; a blowout port 13 for a driver seat, a blowout port 14 for a front passenger seat and a blowout port 15 for a rear seat that communicate with the flow path from the inlet port; a sealing part 16 that can be cut to open a downstream end of the blowout port for a rear seat; and a dividing rib 17 for dividing the flow path communicating between the inlet port and the blowout port for a rear seat into a driver seat side and a front passenger seat side. The dividing rib is partially discontinuous in the blowout port for a rear seat, and includes an upstream side rib 19 continuously provided up to the inlet port and a downstream side rib 20 provided spaced from the upstream side rib and up to the sealing part.
