PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board storage case for a game machine which makes it hard to open the board storage case without difficulty and has excellent workability in assembling, and to provide the game machine having an enhanced fraudulence prevention effect by including the case. SOLUTION: An overlapping state where an overlapping arm 40 is inserted into an insertion bore formed on a frame body part 34 and then a base body 32 is relatively and rotatably moved and overlapped to a cover case 31 with a part of the insertion bore as a guide surface is turned to a blocked overlapping state where the base body 32 is slidably moved relative to the cover case 31 while keeping the overlapping state and engaging projections 39a, 43b are engaged with engaging bores 43a, 39b, so that the cover case 31 and the base body 32 are assembled in a relatively non-rotatable manner.
