<p>Technique for virtualizing the remote-managed waiting queues,in which the business (30) that activates the use of the virtualizing procedures communicates, through its site or through its organization, the number to be contacted for acquiring the number at a platform that provides for the use of a reception numbering. Through such platform,the user is placed in communication with the virtual number dispenser. With the reception number, the user directly accesses the virtualizing procedures of the business organization, by indicating through navigation the place and the service subject of the number request. From here, the user receives the communication regarding how many users are waiting in the queue at the time of the call, and the user can decide if he wishes to request the queue entry number. In case of positive reply, the platform provides the queue entry number.</p> |
