An outdoor bar type high output LED lighting device of the present invention comprises: a bar type heat sink resin injection case (10) which is made of a thermal conductive resin material having thermal conductivity of 4 to 12 W/m-K and has radiation pins (12) formed on the back side through an insert injection forming process. A heat diffusion metal plate member (16) is buried to be fixed on a ceiling surface of a mounting space unit (14) of the bar type heat sink resin injection case (10) while exposing one surface thereof. The heat diffusion metal plate member (16) includes a bar type LED light source unit to display a total output of 30 to 80 W of multiple LED dots (22) which are arranged to be spaced apart from each other in series so that an average temperature can be less than or equal to 85°C in thermal stabilization in the LED light source unit by a heat radiation reaction through the bar type heat sink resin injection case (10) having the heat diffusion metal plate member (16). A heat sink case (10) is fastened with a cover plate (24) having light distribution lenses (26) which respectively correspond to the LED dots (22) arranged to be spaced in series to be adjacently located and are formed to be integrated so that light distribution for a lighting device can be formed by diffused light formed while a dot beam of each of the LED dots (22) penetrates each of the light distribution lenses (26).
