<p>The present invention relates to a headrest guide for a vehicle seat which prevents the occurrence of vibrations by the movements with a seat back frame and by the movements with a stay inserted thereinto. According to the present invention, the headrest guide (100) mounted on an assembly hole (31) of a seat back frame (3) to guide or support the movements of a headrest stay (2), includes: a guide body (110) having a hollow tube structure to insert the stay (2) thereinto; and a vibration reduction member (130) mounted on the outer periphery surface of the guide body (110) having a first elastic piece (133) and a second elastic piece (135) formed unitarily with each other, the first elastic piece (133) providing a tight contact between the inner peripheral surface of the assembly hole (31) and the outer peripheral surface of the guide body (110), and the second elastic piece (135) providing a tight contact between the outer peripheral surface of the stay (2) inserted into the guide body (110) and the inner peripheral surface of the guide body (110).</p> |
