The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing food having antioxidative and musculoskeletal strengthening functions by mixing collagen peptide extracted from squid skin with caffeine extracted from coffee, quercetin extracted from onion skin, and a vehicle such as cellulose, followed by tableting. The method comprises: a pre-treating step of selecting and gathering squid skin, washing the squid skin with alkaline electrolytic water, and sterilizing and disinfecting the squid skin with acidic electrolytic water; a drying step of drying the pre-treated squid skin to have a moisture content of 100-20%; a spray drying step of pulverizing the dried squid skin, hydrolyzing the squid skin with an enzyme to extract collagen peptide, concentrating the collagen peptide, and then spray-drying the collagen peptide; drying coffee beans to have a moisture content of 5.0% or less, pulverizing the dried coffee beans, extracting caffeine through a supercritical extraction process using 95% alcohol as an auxiliary solvent, concentrating the extracted caffeine, and then spray-drying the caffeine; and extracting four kinds of liquid-phase quercetin from onion skin, which are obtained by four methods using 95% alcohol for first extraction, 25% alcohol for second extraction, strong acid type electrolytic water of pH 2.5-3.5 for third extraction, and strong alkali type electrolytic water of pH 10.0-11.5 for fourth extraction, concentrating the mixture, and spray-drying the mixture; and a tablet preparing step of mixing 30.0-99.7 wt% of the spray-dried collagen peptide, 0.1-10.0 wt% of the caffeine extracted from coffee, 0.1-10.0 wt% of the quercetin extracted from onion skin, and 0.1-50.0 wt% of a vehicle such as cellulose, and tableting the mixture.
