PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality stability and reliability of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery by making an insulator film provided in a lead conductor thinner to enhance the sealability and allowing a cross-linked layer to be prepared homogeneously.SOLUTION: A lead member 1 includes: an insulator film 3 in which a cross-linked layer 3a and a thermoplastic resin layer 3b are extruded and integrally molded; and a lead conductor 2 on which fusion bond of an insulator film 3 is performed. The cross-linked layer 3a is formed by crosslinking a resin material that includes multifunctional monomer including two or more double bond in the molecular and has a melt index smaller than that of the thermoplastic resin layer 3b, the thermoplastic resin layer 3b is made up of a resin material that includes an antioxidant including phenol group or amino group and has a melt index greater than that of the cross-linked layer 3a. |
