<p>Disclosed is a method for maintaining the undifferentiated state of mesenchymal stem cells, ES cells, and iPS cells using CD271. By inserting a vector expressing CD271, or by directly inserting cell membrane-permeabilized recombinant CD271 protein into pluripotent undifferentiated cells such as mesenchymal stem cells, ES cells, and iPS cells, the undifferentiated state of these cells is maintained.</p> |
