<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance traceability to fluctuation of recycle gas used as fuel, and to accurately control a mixture ratio (air-fuel ratio) of the recycle gas and air. <P>SOLUTION: A heating furnace air-fuel ratio control method includes acquiring data of measurement results from a calorific value measuring device provided on a supply pipe of recycle gas for measuring calorific values of recycle gas and a laser gas analysis device for measuring a concentration of carbon monoxide and methane contained in the recycle gas, calculating a theoretical amount of air of the recycle gas by using information concerning calorific values of the recycle gas and compositions of the recycle gas, calculating a corrected theoretical amount of air corresponding to fluctuation of the concentration of the carbon monoxide and methane contained in the recycle gas by using a volume of carbon monoxide and methane contained in the recycle gas, the calculated theoretical amount of air, and the concentration of the carbon monoxide and methane, and then calculating an air-fuel ratio of the recycle gas supplied to the heating furnace by using the calculated corrected theoretical amount of air and supply flow rate of the recycle gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
