<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce malfunctions even when an AC power source is unstable or the noise level is high around a control circuit. <P>SOLUTION: When the CPU of a performance control part 22 that executes a performance control operation is reset by a system reset signal SYS, a performance operation proceeds by periodic processing (ST54-ST63) which is to be performed at every predetermined time after terminating predetermined initial processing (ST46-ST53). A main control part 21 for mainly controlling a game operation is configured to transmit a power interruption command to a sub-control part when receiving a power source abnormal signal ABN indicating a power source failure.
